Common questions
How does the trial work?+
The trial lasts 3 days. Enter your card at signup — nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your chosen plan is billed unless you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — Pro keeps working until the trial period is over.
Can I upgrade annual to lifetime?+
Yes. From the app: Settings → License → Manage subscription. You pay the difference: lifetime price minus credit for the unused part of the year. Your subscription closes automatically.
How many devices does the license cover?+
One license — one active device at a time. Moving to a new computer is free via license recovery: a couple of clicks and an email confirmation, and the old binding is removed automatically.
Does any audio or text get sent anywhere?+
No. Speech recognition and all AI processing run on your device. The license server only sees a hardware fingerprint and an activation timestamp — never voice, never text, never chat content.
Can I get a refund if I don't like it?+
Subscriptions (monthly and annual): under EU law you have 14 days after your first paid charge to withdraw without giving a reason — we refund in full minus the pro-rated portion for the period already used. Lifetime: at checkout you explicitly agree to immediate delivery (Art. 16(1)(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), so the right of withdrawal does not apply to that purchase. Details on the "Right of withdrawal" page.
