Right of withdrawal

Your right

You have the right to withdraw from a Commander Flow contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in the cases described in §4 of the End-User License Agreement. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract was concluded — for Monthly/Annual subscriptions, this means 14 days after the first paid charge (i.e. after the 3-day free trial converts to paid). For Lifetime License purchases that you confirmed at checkout with the immediate-delivery waiver under Article 16(1)(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration of your decision to inbox@commander-flow.pro. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Send the declaration before the 14-day deadline expires; the date of dispatch counts.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, less any pro-rata amount for the period of paid service already provided up to the date you informed us of the withdrawal, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
