Commander Flow — Transparency & AI Use
Version 1.1 — 1 May 2026
This document discloses, in general terms, that artificial-intelligence tools are used in producing parts of the content published on the commander-flow.pro website and the surrounding product. It is published in addition to the End-User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy and is intended to satisfy applicable transparency obligations, including Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 ("the AI Act") and analogous consumer-protection rules in the markets we serve.
1. The publisher
The website and the Commander Flow product are published and operated by:
Peter's Engineering JDG (Piotr Bahdasaran, sole proprietor — przedsiębiorca jednoosobowy) NIP: 9512534689 KEN 19, 02-797 Warszawa, Poland Contact: inbox@commander-flow.pro ("we", "us", "the publisher")
2. Blog text
The blog at commander-flow.pro/<lang>/blog/ contains articles whose
substance — the product positioning, the experience described, the
opinions expressed — is authored by real people associated with the
publisher. Articles reflect real product decisions made by the publisher
and real experiences of using Commander Flow.
AI tools are used for technical assistance in editing and translation. This does not change the authorship of the substantive content; it is a publishing aid analogous to a spell-checker, an editor or a translator.
3. Images
Some illustrations on the website, including hero images on blog articles, are produced with the assistance of AI image-generation tools.
Where an illustration depicts the creator of Commander Flow, it is produced from a real photograph of him, used as a reference. Such illustrations are editorial depictions of a real, identifiable, consenting person — they are not synthetic likenesses of someone who does not exist, and they are not deepfakes of a different person made to resemble the creator.
Icons, logos, application interfaces and stylised devices that appear in illustrations are background dressing. They are not faithful reproductions of any specific real-world application.
4. Site and product code
Parts of the source code of the commander-flow.pro website and parts of the source code of the Commander Flow product are written with the assistance of AI development tools. Each commit is reviewed and approved by a human. Liability for the behaviour of the resulting software rests with the publisher, regardless of how individual lines of code were drafted.
5. What we do not delegate to AI
To make the limits of automation explicit, the following decisions and communications are made by a human and are not produced by an AI tool:
- Commercial decisions: pricing, licensing tiers, refund decisions, marketing positioning, partnerships.
- Issuing or revoking software licenses.
- Substantive customer-support correspondence sent from
inbox@commander-flow.pro. - Responses to legal requests, data-subject access requests under the GDPR, and law-enforcement requests.
- The text of the End-User License Agreement, the Privacy Policy, this Transparency Notice, and the Third-Party Notices.
6. Removal and correction
If any content on the site appears to misrepresent a real person, an
existing real-world product, or a verifiable fact, please write to
inbox@commander-flow.pro with the URL and the specific paragraph or
image. We will review and, where the concern is well-founded, correct
or remove the content within a reasonable time.
7. Updates to this notice
The version stamp at the top is bumped on every material change.
8. Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and is to be interpreted alongside the End-User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy of the same publisher. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in the consumer's country of residence prevail over anything stricter that this notice would impose.
