Commander Flow — End User License Agreement
Version 1.6 — 1 June 2026
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING COMMANDER FLOW ("the Software"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. The Licensor
The Software is published and licensed by:
Peter's Engineering JDG (Piotr Bahdasaran, sole proprietor — przedsiębiorca jednoosobowy) NIP: 9512534689 KEN 19, 02-797 Warszawa, Poland Contact: inbox@commander-flow.pro ("the Licensor", "we", "us")
2. License grant — Freemium model
Commander Flow is a freemium product. The Licensor grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software under the conditions of this Agreement.
2.1 Free tier (no payment required). The free tier is available without payment, without time limit, and without an account. It includes:
- Voice-to-text dictation in 25 recognition languages;
- Basic transcription with on-device speech recognition;
- 100% offline operation after first-run model download.
The free tier may be used for both personal and commercial purposes subject to this Agreement.
2.2 Pro tier (paid). The Pro tier unlocks additional features, including AI text polishing and voice commands on selected text (e.g. translate, rewrite, summarise). Pro features are available under one of the following acquisition options:
| Option | Price (EUR) | Trial | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Subscription | €9 / month | 3 days free | recurring monthly |
| Annual Subscription | €99 / year | 3 days free | recurring annually |
| Lifetime License | €199 one-time | no trial | single payment |
Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT, where applicable, is calculated and charged at checkout based on the customer's country of residence in accordance with EU VAT rules (VAT-OSS). For non-EU customers no EU VAT applies.
2.3 Continued availability of the free tier. If a Pro license expires or is cancelled, the Software automatically returns to the free tier. The free-tier features (dictation, transcription) continue to work without interruption — only Pro-exclusive features become unavailable.
3. Trial and automatic renewal
By starting a free trial associated with the Monthly or Annual Subscription, You authorise the Licensor (via the payment processor identified in §6) to charge Your payment method at the end of the 3-day trial period unless You cancel before that date. The length of the trial and the date of the first charge are shown to You at checkout before You confirm. You may cancel at any time through Your customer portal.
4. Cancellation and refund
4.1 Subscriptions. You may cancel a Monthly or Annual Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; You retain Pro access until that date. Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal described in §4.3, no pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
4.2 Lifetime License. EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The Lifetime License is delivered as digital content with immediate effect. To enable that immediate delivery, the Licensor asks You at checkout to (a) give prior express consent to begin performance immediately and (b) acknowledge that as a consequence You lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by Article 16(1)(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The Licensor confirms that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (the Stripe receipt and the welcome email sent to You). If You do not give that consent at checkout, the Lifetime License is not activated and the 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully available.
4.3 Subscription right of withdrawal (first 14 days after first paid charge).
For Monthly and Annual Subscriptions, You may cancel during the free
trial to avoid any charge. In addition, EU consumers retain a statutory
right to withdraw within 14 days from the first paid charge (i.e.
the trial conversion). To exercise this right, send a clear declaration to
inbox@commander-flow.pro (the model withdrawal form referenced in §16
may be used). On valid exercise the Licensor will refund Your first paid
charge, less a pro-rata amount for the period of paid access already
consumed, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. "Lifetime" — definition, minimum duration and continuity guarantee
The Lifetime License entitles the licensee to use Pro features for the operational lifetime of the Commander Flow service, defined as the period during which the Licensor actively maintains the licence-issuing infrastructure that the Software relies on for activation and renewal of its trust artefacts.
The Licensor commits to a guaranteed minimum operational lifetime of thirty-six (36) months from the date of Your purchase. During those 36 months the Licensor will not invoke the wind-down procedure described below.
Should the Licensor cease operating that service after the 36-month minimum, the Licensor will:
- provide no less than ninety (90) days' prior notice by email to Lifetime License holders, and
- issue an offline activation file that extends Pro features without further server dependency for at least twenty-four (24) months from the date of such notice.
In aggregate, this gives every Lifetime License holder a hard contractual floor of at least 36 months of full Pro service plus 24 months of offline-extended Pro service after wind-down notice — a minimum of roughly five and a half years of usable Pro functionality from purchase.
This clause is intended to protect Lifetime License holders against sudden discontinuation while preserving the Licensor's right to wind down the service in an orderly manner.
6. Payment and tax
Payments for Pro tiers are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe") and tax is calculated by Stripe Tax. By purchasing You agree to Stripe's terms of service. The Licensor does not store full payment-card data; Stripe is the data controller for those data.
Invoices are issued automatically via Stripe and made available in Your customer portal. The Licensor declares VAT-OSS on B2C sales to EU consumers under Polish VAT-OSS procedures.
7. Updates
Updates to the Software are distributed by the Licensor as new installer
packages published on commander-flow.pro. The Software does not contact
any third-party update channel; updates are applied when You choose to
download a new version. The Licensor may release updates and new features
at its discretion. All license tiers receive bug fixes and security
updates for as long as the corresponding license is valid, in accordance
with the conformity-supply obligation under EU Directive 2019/770 on
digital content.
Lifetime License holders receive feature updates within the major version they purchased. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase, which the Licensor will communicate at least thirty (30) days in advance by email.
8. Hardware binding (Pro)
Pro licenses are bound to a single device per license. A device is identified by a hardware fingerprint computed locally on Your machine. Reactivation on a new device is permitted via the account recovery process available in Your customer portal. Excessive activations across multiple devices may be flagged as license sharing and may result in suspension of the license without refund.
9. Third-party components and on-device models
The Software incorporates third-party open-source software components and downloads on-device machine-learning models on first run. A complete catalogue of all such components and the licenses under which they are used is provided in the Third-Party Open-Source Notices document, which is part of this acceptance.
Notable obligations passed through to You:
- The NVIDIA Parakeet-TDT 0.6B v3 speech-recognition model is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) license. Attribution: NVIDIA Corporation.
- The optional Kurogo-Gemma-4 large-language model is governed by the Google Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. By choosing to download this model You agree to those documents. The Software remains fully functional without it; Qwen models (Apache-2.0) are available as alternatives.
10. Acceptable use
You agree that You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
(a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the binary distribution, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law; (b) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices in the Software; (c) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer Your license keys to any third party; (d) circumvent or tamper with the licensing or activation mechanisms; (e) use the Software to infringe the rights of others, to violate applicable law, or to engage in any use prohibited by the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy where the Gemma model is in use; (f) use the Software to capture audio of other individuals without obtaining the consent required by the laws of Your jurisdiction.
11. Intellectual property
The Software, including but not limited to its source code, compiled binaries, user-interface design, brand assets and accompanying documentation, is the property of the Licensor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to You; it grants only the limited license described in §2.
12. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR-FREE.
This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not affect Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer-protection legislation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Licensor under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by You to the Licensor for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the Licensor's liability for (a) gross negligence or wilful misconduct, (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
14. Term and termination
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as You use the Software. The Licensor may terminate the Agreement and any associated Pro license if You materially breach these terms (in particular §10). Upon termination You must cease using the Software and uninstall all copies. The free tier may be reinstated at the Licensor's discretion if the breach is remedied. Termination does not entitle You to a refund except as required by mandatory consumer law.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Software is subject to the Commander Flow Privacy Policy, which is presented to You together with this Agreement and forms an integral part of Your acceptance.
16. Governing law, jurisdiction and consumer dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Poland competent over the registered seat of the Licensor.
If You are an EU consumer, this clause does not deprive You of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of habitual residence.
Out-of-court (ADR) consumer dispute resolution. If You are a consumer and Your complaint to the Licensor was not satisfied, You may submit the dispute to the Polish out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution authority competent for the Licensor's registered seat:
Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej w Warszawie ul. Sienkiewicza 3, 00-015 Warszawa, Poland https://wiih.org.pl +48 22 826 18 30
You also retain the right to bring the dispute before a competent court. Use of out-of-court resolution is voluntary on both sides and does not limit Your access to judicial remedies.
Right of withdrawal — model form. A model withdrawal form (Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU) is published at https://commander-flow.pro/legal/withdrawal-form and may be used by EU consumers to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal where it applies under §4.
17. Changes to this Agreement
The Licensor may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Software, applicable law or business practices. If the Agreement materially changes, the next version of the Software will display the updated text and require Your acceptance before it runs. Continued use of the Software after acceptance constitutes Your agreement to the revised terms.
18. General
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Third-Party Notices, constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Software is intended for general personal and business use as a productivity tool for working adults. It is not directed at children. By installing and using the Software You confirm that You meet the minimum age of digital consent applicable in Your jurisdiction (which is 16 years in Poland and most EU/EEA Member States; some Member States allow as low as 13). Persons below that age may use the Software only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Licensor does not knowingly collect data of children below those thresholds; if the Licensor becomes aware of such collection, the data will be deleted without undue delay.
