Componentes open-source de terceiros

O Commander Flow é construído sobre software open-source e utiliza modelos de aprendizagem automática locais. Este documento enumera todos os componentes de terceiros distribuídos com a aplicação ou descarregados no seu computador no primeiro arranque, juntamente com a licença ao abrigo da qual são utilizados.

No total são 16 componentes: 11 bibliotecas de software e 5 famílias de modelos ML. Os textos das licenças (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC-BY 4.0, Gemma Terms of Use) figuram uma única vez no final do documento — cada componente está abrangido por exactamente uma delas.

Nota: os textos das licenças abaixo estão reproduzidos em inglês — são os originais oficiais e apenas os originais têm valor jurídico.

Aviso de não-modificação (cumprimento do §4(b) da Apache License 2.0). Todos os componentes licenciados ao abrigo da Apache 2.0 (sherpa-onnx, Serilog e seus sinks, ficheiros de pesos dos modelos Qwen2.5/Qwen3.5) são distribuídos no Commander Flow sem alterações em relação à respectiva versão upstream. O Licenciante não introduziu alterações ao código-fonte nem aos ficheiros de pesos; por conseguinte, o dever de «prominent notices stating that You changed the files» previsto no §4(b) da Apache License 2.0 não é desencadeado. Se o utilizador não aceitar estes termos, não deverá descarregar nem utilizar o modelo Kurogo-Gemma-4. O Commander Flow permanece plenamente funcional com os presets baseados em Qwen (Apache 2.0), que não comportam restrições comparáveis.
