Open-source-componenten van derden

Commander Flow is opgebouwd op open-source-software en gebruikt machine-learningmodellen die lokaal op Uw apparaat draaien. Dit document somt elke component van derden op die met de applicatie wordt meegeleverd of bij de eerste start naar Uw machine wordt gedownload, samen met de licentie waaronder elke component wordt gebruikt.

In totaal zijn er 23 componenten: 17 softwarebibliotheken en 5 ML-modelfamilies. De hieronder genoemde licentieteksten (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC-BY 4.0, Gemma Terms of Use) zijn éénmalig opgenomen aan het einde van het document — elke component valt onder precies één daarvan.

Opmerking: de licentieteksten zijn opgenomen in de Engelse originele versie — alleen de originelen hebben juridische werking.

Mededeling van geen wijziging (overeenstemming met Apache License 2.0 §4(b)). Alle Apache-2.0-componenten (sherpa-onnx, Serilog en sinks, Qwen2.5-modelgewichten) worden in Commander Flow ongewijzigd ten opzichte van hun upstream-uitgave geleverd. De Licentiegever heeft geen wijzigingen aangebracht in broncode of gewichtsbestanden; de verplichting uit §4(b) van Apache License 2.0 om „prominent notices stating that You changed the files" op te nemen, is daardoor niet van toepassing. Eventuele toekomstige wijzigingen worden in dit document bekendgemaakt met datum en de betrokken bestanden.

Piper-VITS-stemmen (voorlezen, 15 talen)

The chat read-aloud feature uses 15 Piper-trained VITS voice models bundled with the installer and loaded at runtime through the same sherpa-onnx engine already listed in §1. The engine is unmodified Apache-2.0; the voice weight files (.onnx) carry per-voice licenses inherited from the underlying training datasets, listed below. No voice was modified by the Licensor.

The audio playback path uses NAudio (MIT, see §1) for PCM output to the default Windows audio device — no audio leaves Your computer.

2. Machine-learningmodellen

Samenvatting: U mag het materiaal vrijelijk delen en bewerken voor elk doel, daaronder begrepen commerciële doeleinden, op voorwaarde dat U een passende naamsvermelding geeft aan de oorspronkelijke auteur (NVIDIA Corporation), een link naar de licentie opneemt en eventuele wijzigingen aangeeft. 3.5 Gemma Terms of Use (Google)

Het Kurogo-Gemma-4-model is een afgeleide van Google Gemma en valt onder de Gemma Terms of Use en de Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. De volledige tekst van beide documenten wordt door Google bijgehouden op de hieronder genoemde URL's en maakt door verwijzing deel uit van deze mededeling:

Belangrijke verplichtingen die aan U als eindgebruiker worden overgedragen:

Indien U deze voorwaarden niet aanvaardt, download of gebruik het Kurogo-Gemma-4-model dan niet. Commander Flow blijft volledig functioneel met de op Qwen gebaseerde presets (Apache 2.0), die geen vergelijkbare beperkingen kennen.

3.6 GNU General Public License v3.0 (or later) — Commander Flow TTS Worker (espeak-ng)

Read-aloud of chat answers is performed by a separate program, Commander Flow TTS Worker (tts\CommanderFlow.TtsWorker.exe in the installation folder). The application starts it as its own process and talks to it over a local named pipe using a documented protocol that carries only text in and audio samples out. The worker links the sherpa-onnx speech-synthesis runtime, which is built with the espeak-ng phonemiser compiled in, and every Piper-VITS voice bundle carries espeak-ng phoneme data files. espeak-ng is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version, and the worker as a whole is therefore free software distributed to you under the same license. The Commander Flow application itself (CommanderFlow.exe and its libraries) contains no espeak-ng code: its own copy of sherpa-onnx (sherpa-onnx-c-api.dll, used for speech recognition) is built from the same v1.12.20 sources with speech synthesis disabled (SHERPA_ONNX_ENABLE_TTS=OFF; see sherpa-onnx-c-api.BUILD-INFO.txt next to it). Nothing in the Commander Flow EULA restricts the rights the GPL grants you in the worker: you may study, modify, rebuild or replace it, and the application keeps working without it (it then reads aloud with the voices installed in Windows).
