Nota: i testi delle licenze sono riportati in inglese — sono gli originali ufficiali e solo gli originali hanno valore giuridico.

Avviso di nessuna modifica (conformità al §4(b) di Apache License 2.0). Tutti i componenti con licenza Apache 2.0 (sherpa-onnx, Serilog e i sink, i pesi dei modelli Qwen2.5) sono distribuiti in Commander Flow senza modifiche rispetto alla versione upstream. Il Licenziante non ha apportato modifiche al codice sorgente o ai file dei pesi; pertanto l'obbligo «prominent notices stating that You changed the files» del §4(b) di Apache License 2.0 non viene attivato. Voci Piper-VITS (lettura ad alta voce, 15 lingue)

The chat read-aloud feature uses 15 Piper-trained VITS voice models bundled with the installer and loaded at runtime through the same sherpa-onnx engine already listed in §1. The engine is unmodified Apache-2.0; the voice weight files (.onnx) carry per-voice licenses inherited from the underlying training datasets, listed below. No voice was modified by the Licensor.

The audio playback path uses NAudio (MIT, see §1) for PCM output to the default Windows audio device — no audio leaves Your computer.

3.5 Gemma Terms of Use (Google)

The Kurogo-Gemma-4 model is a derivative of Google Gemma and is governed by the Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. The full text of both documents is maintained by Google at the URLs below and forms part of this notice by reference:

Key obligations passed through to you as the end user:

  1. You agree not to use the model for any of the prohibited use cases listed in Google's Prohibited Use Policy (including but not limited to: generating illegal content, content that promotes violence or hate, content designed to deceive or harm individuals, weapons of mass destruction, automated decision-making with legal consequences without human review, mass surveillance, etc.).
  2. If you redistribute the model or any output that you reasonably believe to be a derivative of it, you must pass on these same terms.
  3. Google reserves the right to update the Terms; the current version linked above governs.

If you do not accept these terms, do not download or use the Kurogo-Gemma-4 model. Commander Flow remains fully functional with the Qwen-based presets (Apache 2.0), which carry no comparable restrictions.

3.6 GNU General Public License v3.0 (or later) — Commander Flow TTS Worker (espeak-ng)

Read-aloud of chat answers is performed by a separate program, Commander Flow TTS Worker (tts\CommanderFlow.TtsWorker.exe in the installation folder). The application starts it as its own process and talks to it over a local named pipe using a documented protocol that carries only text in and audio samples out. The worker links the sherpa-onnx speech-synthesis runtime, which is built with the espeak-ng phonemiser compiled in, and every Piper-VITS voice bundle carries espeak-ng phoneme data files. espeak-ng is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version, and the worker as a whole is therefore free software distributed to you under the same license. The Commander Flow application itself (CommanderFlow.exe and its libraries) contains no espeak-ng code: its own copy of sherpa-onnx (sherpa-onnx-c-api.dll, used for speech recognition) is built from the same v1.12.20 sources with speech synthesis disabled (SHERPA_ONNX_ENABLE_TTS=OFF; see sherpa-onnx-c-api.BUILD-INFO.txt next to it). Nothing in the Commander Flow EULA restricts the rights the GPL grants you in the worker: you may study, modify, rebuild or replace it, and the application keeps working without it (it then reads aloud with the voices installed in Windows).
