Commander Flow si basa su software open-source e utilizza modelli di apprendimento automatico locali. Il presente documento elenca tutti i componenti di terze parti distribuiti con l'applicazione o scaricati sul Suo computer al primo avvio, insieme alla licenza con cui sono utilizzati.

In totale 16 componenti: 11 librerie software e 5 famiglie di modelli ML. I testi delle licenze (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC-BY 4.0, Gemma Terms of Use) sono riportati una volta al termine del documento — ciascun componente è coperto esattamente da una di esse.

Nota: i testi delle licenze sono riportati in inglese — sono gli originali ufficiali e solo gli originali hanno valore giuridico.

Avviso di nessuna modifica (conformità al §4(b) di Apache License 2.0). Tutti i componenti con licenza Apache 2.0 (sherpa-onnx, Serilog e i sink, i pesi dei modelli Qwen2.5/Qwen3.5) sono distribuiti in Commander Flow senza modifiche rispetto alla versione upstream. Il Licenziante non ha apportato modifiche al codice sorgente o ai file dei pesi; pertanto l'obbligo «prominent notices stating that You changed the files» del §4(b) di Apache License 2.0 non viene attivato. Eventuali future modifiche saranno divulgate in questo documento con la data e i file interessati.

Summary: you are free to share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author (NVIDIA Corporation), a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. Commander Flow gives this attribution in the present document and in the in-app About dialog.

3.5 Gemma Terms of Use (Google)

The Kurogo-Gemma-4 model is a derivative of Google Gemma and is governed by the Gemma Terms of Use and the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. The full text of both documents is maintained by Google at the URLs below and forms part of this notice by reference:

Key obligations passed through to you as the end user:

  1. You agree not to use the model for any of the prohibited use cases listed in Google's Prohibited Use Policy (including but not limited to: generating illegal content, content that promotes violence or hate, content designed to deceive or harm individuals, weapons of mass destruction, automated decision-making with legal consequences without human review, mass surveillance, etc.).
  2. If you redistribute the model or any output that you reasonably believe to be a derivative of it, you must pass on these same terms.
  3. Google reserves the right to update the Terms; the current version linked above governs.

If you do not accept these terms, do not download or use the Kurogo-Gemma-4 model. Commander Flow remains fully functional with the Qwen-based presets (Apache 2.0), which carry no comparable restrictions.
