Open-source komponenty třetích stran

Commander Flow je postaven na open-source softwaru a využívá modely strojového učení provozované lokálně na Vašem počítači. Tento dokument uvádí všechny komponenty třetích stran dodávané s aplikací nebo stahované do Vašeho počítače při prvním spuštění, spolu s licencí, na jejímž základě jsou používány.

Celkem 16 komponent: 11 softwarových knihoven a 5 rodin ML modelů. Texty licencí (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC-BY 4.0, Gemma Terms of Use) jsou uvedeny na konci dokumentu — každá komponenta je pokryta právě jednou z nich.

Poznámka: texty licencí níže jsou ponechány v anglickém originále — jsou to oficiální originály a pouze tyto originály mají právní účinek.

Upozornění o nemodifikaci (soulad s §4(b) Apache License 2.0). Všechny komponenty pod licencí Apache 2.0 (sherpa-onnx, Serilog a jeho sinky, soubory vah modelů Qwen2.5/Qwen3.5) jsou v Commander Flow dodávány bez jakýchkoli modifikací oproti upstream verzi. Poskytovatel licence neprovedl změny ve zdrojovém kódu ani v souborech vah; v důsledku toho povinnost „prominent notices stating that You changed the files" podle §4(b) Apache License 2.0 není aktivována. Případné budoucí změny budou v tomto dokumentu uvedeny včetně data a uvedení změněných souborů.

2. Modely strojového učení

Tyto modely jsou stahovány do %LOCALAPPDATA%\CommanderFlow\models\ na Vašem počítači při počátečním nastavení. Slouží lokálně k rozpoznávání řeči a k přepisování textu a nepřenášejí žádná data mimo Vaše zařízení.

Shrnutí: materiál můžete volně sdílet i upravovat za jakýmkoli účelem, včetně komerčního, za podmínky uvedení odpovídající atribuce původnímu autorovi (NVIDIA Corporation), poskytnutí odkazu na licenci a označení případných změn. Commander Flow tuto atribuci uvádí v tomto dokumentu i v dialogu „O programu" v aplikaci.

3.5 Gemma Terms of Use (Google)

Model Kurogo-Gemma-4 je odvozeninou od Google Gemma a podléhá Gemma Terms of Use a Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. Úplné texty obou dokumentů jsou udržovány společností Google na níže uvedených adresách a tvoří nedílnou součást tohoto upozornění odkazem:

Klíčové povinnosti přenášené na Vás jako koncového uživatele:

  1. Zavazujete se nepoužívat model k žádnému ze zakázaných použití uvedených v Google Prohibited Use Policy (mj.: generování nelegálního obsahu, obsahu propagujícího násilí nebo nenávist, obsahu určeného k oklamání nebo poškozování osob, zbraně hromadného ničení, automatizované rozhodování s právními důsledky bez lidské kontroly, masový dohled atp.).
  2. Pokud model nebo výstup, který opodstatněně považujete za jeho odvozeninu, dále redistribuujete, jste povinen předat příjemci tytéž podmínky.
  3. Google si vyhrazuje právo podmínky aktualizovat; rozhodující je verze dostupná pod uvedenými odkazy.

Pokud tyto podmínky neakceptujete, model Kurogo-Gemma-4 nestahujte ani nepoužívejte. Commander Flow je plně funkční s presety založenými na Qwen (Apache 2.0), které srovnatelným omezením nepodléhají.
